About Napan Persada
PT Napan Persada originated from PT Nawa Panduta, which later evolved into its current name, PT Napan Persada. The company was founded in March 1972 by Henry Setiawan Pribadi together with his two brothers, Andry Pribadi and Wilson Pribadi.

Since the mid-1980s, Napan Persada has pursued business diversification through equity participation in various companies, both directly by Napan and through the Pribadi family. This expansion marked the growth of Napan Group into one of Indonesia’s notable business groups during the 1990s, ranking 39th among the country’s largest conglomerates in 1991.
Today, PT Napan Persada operates as a holding company with subsidiaries across multiple industries, including manufacturing, natural resources, telecommunications, and hospitality.
